Modern Entertainment

All throughout history, people have been entertained by others through many different things. As the years have passed, the definition of "funny" has changed. Some have their own standards of entertainment, but a lot of people enjoy the same types of entertainment. Some types are: watching people hurt themselves in a funny or stupid way, watching people get quite angry over little to nothing, etc. Back in Medieval Times, the common source of entertainment was simply a man, or jester, juggling numerous balls in the air while dancing. Now it's become a sour, tasteless thing, that back in the Medieval Times, would have come across as perfectly normal and not funny at all.

The most popular things we humans think funny are "trolling", which is initially finding something that people hate and inflicting it upon them, making them very angry. If you search  trolling on the internet, you'll find millions of videos and definitions and what-not on trolling. I myself enjoy trolling, A.K.A. watching people get angry over small issues, but if you really think about it, it sounds pathetic that we can't find anything better to make us laugh than to watch people injure themselves or get angry. Think about it.
